Returns for Change of Mind, Wrong Size, or Ordering Errors

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Wrong color or style chosen

  • Customer provided the wrong shipping address

Each item is custom printed only after you place your order. Please review our size guides and product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is the wrong item entirely, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos showing the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item)

Once we receive your request and review the photos, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Items ordered in the wrong size (please check our size guide carefully)

  • Items purchased due to customer error (wrong color, wrong design, etc.)

  • Items returned after the 7-day reporting window

Shipping

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of any return shipping if a return is required. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Refunds for approved claims will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
